• →Strong Python: FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, async / asyncpg, PostgreSQL on AWS.
• →Comfortable with real-time data — WebSockets, schedulers, Redis, NumPy / SciPy.
• →You use LLMs efficiently: you know when AI is the right tool versus deterministic code, and how to keep token cost and latency sane (prompt design, caching, batching).
• →Bonus: options / derivatives or market-data experience.

You'll build the equity research that underpins how Kautilya values companies — rigorous, fundamentals-first, and driven by the numbers.

• →You understand equity research — how to go from a company to a defensible view on what it's worth.
• →A strong grasp of fundamentals: reading filings, understanding the business and its drivers.
• →Very good with numbers — comfortable living in financial statements and models.
• →In the interview, you'll pitch us a stock — come ready.

You'll shape how Kautilya measures and explains portfolio risk — VaR, stress scenarios, factor exposure — for real Indian portfolios, not textbook ones.

• →You've worked in portfolio management or wealth management — you've managed real money or real clients.
• →Deep with VaR, stress testing, scenario analysis and portfolio-construction techniques.
• →A strong maths or physics background is a real plus, paired with hands-on financial experience.
• →Strong grasp of Indian markets — F&O, indices, sector structure.
• →You can turn a risk number into a decision a client actually understands.

You turn raw footage and market ideas into reels and videos people actually finish watching. Fast turnaround, production-ready output.

• →Strong editing craft — pacing, motion, captions, sound design.
• →A reel portfolio that proves you can make finance content genuinely watchable.
• →Comfortable owning the edit end-to-end for Instagram, YouTube and shorts.

A face-of-the-brand role. You'll build Kautilya's channels from the ground up — research your own topics, script them, and present them on camera for YouTube, Instagram and wherever finance audiences are. On-camera presence and charisma matter as much as the ideas, because that's what makes people watch.

• →You genuinely understand how social platforms work — what earns views, retention and shares, and how to grow a channel from zero.
• →You can run a new channel end-to-end: content calendar, hooks, trends, community.
• →Your videos can go technical enough that a wealth advisor or fund manager respects them — while still sparking curiosity in a first-time retail viewer.
• →Comfortable and confident on camera — willing to be the face, do your own research, and appear across YouTube, Instagram and more.
• →Real finance knowledge, or the discipline to learn fast and get it right.
• →Bring links to anything you've made — and a short clip of you presenting to camera.
