Know what you own, in plain English.
Kautilya puts your US stocks, ETFs and options on one screen and explains them simply: how much a bad day could cost you, what each company is worth, who else owns it, and what could hurt it. The same analysis professional investors use, written so anyone can follow it.
Four steps. No finance degree needed.
Every account, on one screen.
See what you own across all your accounts, how concentrated you are, how much a normal bad day could cost in dollars, and whether you are actually beating the S&P 500 and Treasury bills.
Any US company, in one search.
Type a ticker and get ten years of financial statements, the latest annual and quarterly reports, similar companies to compare with, and a fair-value estimate you can argue with: every assumption is a box you can change.
See what the big funds are doing.
Large investment managers must report their holdings every quarter. Kautilya shows which of them added to or cut each stock you own, and when the company's own directors and officers bought or sold.
Know who a company depends on.
Every company sits in a web of suppliers and customers. Kautilya maps it for more than 800 companies, including private ones like SpaceX, so trouble at one link does not catch you off guard.
Options, understood before you trade.
Pick a strategy and see exactly what you could make or lose at expiry, where you break even, and how time and volatility change the price, all in plain words. Kautilya explains; your broker executes.
We tell you when it matters.
Turn on alerts for big moves, earnings, dividends, Fed decisions and insider trades in the stocks you own. Quiet hours follow US Eastern time, so nothing wakes you up for the wrong reason.
Everything else you will reach for.
Returns, risk compared with a benchmark, and top holdings for any fund.
Filter thousands of US stocks by value, quality, momentum, risk and who owns them.
Upcoming and recent listings, lock-up dates, and how past IPOs have traded since.
Earnings dates, ex-dividend dates, Fed meetings, options expiries and market holidays.
What it would cost to protect your portfolio, sized to what you actually hold.
Plain-English explainers, linked from the screens they explain, so you can see how a number was worked out.
Connect your brokerage, read-only.
You sign in on your brokerage's own page and approve read-only access. Kautilya can see your positions and balances; it can never place a trade or move money. Disconnect at any time and your connection details are deleted. Using another brokerage? Upload a positions file from any of them.
No tips. No targets. No one touching your account.
Kautilya is not a registered investment adviser or a broker-dealer. You get the numbers and how they were worked out; the decision stays yours.
Brokerage connections are read-only. Kautilya cannot place orders, move money or change anything in your account.
When a number is missing or delayed, the screen says so instead of guessing.

Do I have to connect my brokerage?+
No. You can browse and research without connecting anything, upload a positions file instead, or connect read-only when you want your own portfolio on the screen.
Can Kautilya trade or move money in my account?+
No. Connections are read-only: Kautilya can see your positions and balances, nothing more. You can disconnect at any time.

Is this investment advice?+
No. Everything is analysis of your own holdings and of public company information. What you do with it is your decision.
